Lee Kernaghan will headline a night to remember on Sunday 2nd October for the opening of the Outback Entertainment Centre (OEC).
The highly anticipated opening at the Stockman’s Hall of Fame Outback Entertainment Centre in Longreach with kick off ‘Outback October Fiesta,’ a month long calendar of activities and events in Longreach.
The action-packed opening weekend begins with a soft opening of the OEC for locals on Friday, September 30, when Trevor Hendy and fellow ironmen from the Surfers Paradise Lifesaving Club will be out for a beach volleyball showcase.
Saturday and 1st October the activities continue with a kids’ triathlon on Saturday, followed by a fun ‘Colour Dash’ from APEX Park on Saturday afternoon.
The showcase event kicks off at 4:30 on Sunday 2nd October. Ticket holders will be able to watch the NRL grand final on the big screen at the Outback Entertainment Centre before the Wolf Brothers and Lee Kernaghan christen the new centre with a show to remember.
